Wakefield Talks Rhubarb

Welcome to the 6th Wakefield Festival of Rhubarb where you will be invited into the secret and mysterious world of the Yorkshire Rhubarb Triangle!

A full programme of events to celebrate the magic of Yorkshire’s rhubarb includes themed dinners and lunches, cookery demonstrations, talks and tours, and a Rhubarb Farmers Market, as well as special rhubarb themed menu at the Café Cheese Wire. Cryer & Stott, purveyors of local farmhouse cheeses, have created a special rhubarb cheese ‘Ruby Gold’ which will be available at their shop and new Café Cheese Wire in the City market. Their menus also feature wonderful muffins, pancakes & pastries, chutneys and cheeses – all served with a wonderful rhubarb twist!
